Homeless No More was wrapping up a capital campaign and onboarding a new Director of Development. Everyone was working hard, but no one had enough time. Through regular meetings and availability to answer random quick questions on the fly, StopGap Solutions provided the Director of Development with a regular support person able to provide best-practice development guidance. An average of 5 hours per month of coaching gave both leaders a more structured and productive relationship helping the organization to meet annual goals.
